Why is it taking longer for my candles to be sent out?
Candles are hand made and shipped out from a separate warehouse; therefore, any candle that has been ordered may take up to 2-3 additional business days to be made and shipped out.
If you are an international customer, check your emails to see if we have emailed you back with a quote of the costs of the shipping. Once we receive a confirmation and paid invoice by you, it will take up to 2-3 additional days to be sent out to you.
