Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 from the delivery date. To qualify, all items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, and include all original packaging. Returns that are incomplete or damaged may incur a restocking fee or be rejected, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer.
Please note, if your original shipment included paid expedited shipping, we regret that we cannot refund the shipping charges. We recommend opting for our free shipment option if you're unsure about keeping the materials.
For any issues such as scratched or missing dice that can be resolved with a replacement, Norse Foundry covers the costs of mailing the replacement.
