Canceling Orders

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's what you need to know about cancelling orders:


1. Cancellation Policy:


  • Orders can typically be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


2. How to Cancel an Order:


  • To cancel your order, please email us at info@norsefoundry.com or submit a ticket.
  • Provide your order number.
  • Our team will check the status of your order. If it has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it for you and initiate a refund.


3. Refund Process:


  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.



Important Notes:


  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return following our Returns and Refunds policy.
