I received my shipment or an email and my Hex Chest, Dice Tower, or Mini Spell book was not included, why?

All Elderwood products are shipped separately from any other items because they are handmade in a separate warehouse. Due to this, all items take additional time to be made and sent out to you.

-Hex Chests (Including mini Hex Chests) may take up to two additional weeks

-Dice Towers may take up to three to six additional weeks

-Mini Spell Books may take up to four additional weeks

Please keep in mind that any expedited shipping cannot be included with these shipments.
