Damaged Items?

At Norse Foundry, we strive to ensure that every item reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes items may get damaged during shipping or handling. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps to ensure a swift resolution:


1. Report the Damage: Submit a ticket here within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.


2. Review Process: Our team will review your submission and may request additional information if needed. We aim to respond within 2 business days.


3. Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the damage, we will offer you one of the following solutions:


- Replacement: We will send you a new item at no additional cost.

- Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will process a full or partial refund.


4. Return Instructions: In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
