If you bought your product from a Friendly Local Game Store that stocks our products and have an issue with your product that you would like to get replaced we can help without returning to the retailer. Simply send us an email to info@norsefoundry.com with a copy of your receipt from the retailer and tell us the issue that you are facing. Pictures of any damage or defect always helps us to determine what we need to replace for you. We unfortunately are unable to provide any support for any purchases that do no have a receipt or the receipt is past 30 days of purchase from an authorized 3rd party reseller of Norse Foundry. We are unfortunately not able to offer any assistance with resales of our product or sellers that do not purchase from us directly or an authorized distributor.
